Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at hello@plumpaestheticclinic.com.au with your order number.

 

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Due to hygiene considerations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
